Your Instructor

Hi, I'm Alex Kopecky, a martial arts instructor and student for over 20 years. I've trained and competed in Muay Thai boxing in Thailand and held a black belt In Jeet Kune Do for 8 years under the legendary Bob Breen, the godfather of JKD in Europe.

I am also a 4D Combat black belt, instructor and martial arts school owner where I teach JKD, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and MMA.

I developed Combat Flow Academy to help you do martial arts training no matter your level or degree of experience. I also want to share my experience and passion for the martial arts.
